Day 1: A real Tuscan welcome!
We check in to our farm accommodation, and then enjoy a wonderful
dinner of local produce.
Day 2: Wellbeing .. for great and small!
For mothers, a course of KENKO DO (The Path of Health) with Master M.
Peloni, from 10 to 12 a.m.
By the end of the weekend, you will be able to identify your body’s
imbalances or other problems.
The Path includes:
• breathing KOKYU HO
• exercises for good health KENKO TAISO
• knowledge through touch – get to know your body TEATE HO
• touching others – the power of your hands SOTAI HO
• correcting bad habits SEITAI HO
Meanwhile, the children are being entertained by Cantiere IKREA,
wonderful local company of street entertainers, with their “Circus in a
Box”. Have fun!
Meet up for lunch, then watch the Circus. The special guest stars are
– your children! Don’t forget your cameras!
The rest of Saturday is free for you to explore the delights of your
surroundings.
Day 3: Inner harmony for mothers while …. the children cook!
While Mum continues her Kenko-Do course, the kids are having a lot of
fun learning to make pizza in a real wood-fired pizza oven, with the
help of our Pizza Chef! Enjoy your meal!
Or what about exploring the woods and hunting for herbs and edible
plants with our expert guide?
Then either lunch on the farm or at the nearby restaurant with
fairy-tale name: C'era Una Volta (Once Upon a Time).
Could be better than pizza?!
